Cancellation by SkytrailScandinavia: If we cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as travel restrictions or force majeure, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation by You: If you cancel your tour, the refund amount will depend on the timing of your cancellation:

More than 60 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total tour price.

30 to 60 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded.

Less than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund will be issued.

Changes to Itinerary: If there are significant changes to your tour itinerary that affect your travel plans, you may be eligible for a refund or alternative arrangements, subject to our assessment.
